Revolving stirrup handle

This handle was designed to eliminate the interference of friction and allow you to function at peak efficiency. The patented PVC sleeve revolves smoothly around the ½” chrome plated cold rolled steel and the solid steel swivel rotates to avoid stress on the wrist and elbow joints.
