6' Lightweight Olympic Bar

This 6’ lightweight Olympic bar is designed as a training bar for beginners or de-conditioning trainers. This bar is made of polished steel with polished sleeves, 300 lb. statical test, 1 1/8” diameter. The inside dimensions are the same as all other 7’ Olympic bars so this bar will fit on a normal Olympic size bench.
